SYNERGY BOTTLE PROMISE: LIFETIME WARRANTY

Synergy Bottle Hydration, Tumbler, Coffee, Beer, Wine, Spirits, Food, Hard Good Accessories Products and (collectively, “Hard Goods”) carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the life of the product. Synergy Bottle will replace any product found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use. Replacement parts will be utilized to address defects when available. A receipt may be requested to verify purchase.

SYNERGY BOTTLE PROMISE: 5-YEAR WARRANTY

Synergy bags, coolers, totes, slings and lunch boxes and bags carry a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects. Synergy Bottle will replace any eligible product found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use. Replacement parts will be utilized to address the defects when available. A receipt may be requested to verify date of purchase.

Before submitting a warranty claim, please read the following:

Broken or leaking caps:If your cap breaks or you notice a leak, do not send your bottle to us. Instead, simply follow the link below to sign in and enter your warranty request details. Please note you may be required to send us a photo of your cap to validate the claim. You will be responsible for the shipping charge to have the bottle returned if you send the bottle to us. Bottles that seem to have lost their insulating properties: You can test the insulation of your bottle at home with boiling water. Pour from a kettle or pot directly into the stationary bottle, filling it all the way to the neck. Exercise caution pouring boiling water into the bottle to avoid burns. Do not hold the bottle while filling with boiling water. Also, do not place the cap over the bottle. After about 5 minutes, feel the outside of the bottle (below the neck). If you feel any hot spots, the insulation may have been compromised, and your bottle is eligible for a replacement.

Bottles that are damaged during the shipping process: Please contact us if you ordered your bottle from www.Synergybottle.com and it has arrived damaged. If you use your bottle, we cannot replace it due to shipping damage.

Rattling Bottles: The rattle you hear is a small metal disc that sits between the double wall of your Bottle and aids in the vacuum insulation process. Sometimes the disc becomes dislodged, creating a rattling noise when you shake the bottle. This will not affect the insulation or structural integrity of your Bottle. However, if it is an annoyance, we will exchange it for a new Bottle.

SYnergy Bottle Warranties:

Any warranty claim on your Synergy Bottle™ product(s) will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please note we may not be able to replace your Synergy Bottle™ product with the exact configuration.

International Warranty Claims: If you purchased your Synergy Bottle® product from a European retailer, please contact that retailer to make a warranty claim. Europe based consumers, if you do not have a retailer in your area or purchased your Synergy Bottle® product outside of your area/country, please visit our Europe website for more details.

Canadian Warranty Claims: If you purchased your Synergy Bottle® product from a Canadian retailer and want to return a new/unused product, please contact that retailer directly. If you want to submit a warranty claim on your Synergy Bottle® product, please email [email protected] subject: Warranty Claim.

Warranty Claims will only be accepted by Synergy Bottle® if the product was purchased from an authorized dealer and Synergy Bottle reserves the right to request proof of purchase This warranty is limited to the lifetime of your Synergy Bottle® product, as limited by or subject to applicable law. The limited warranty provided by Synergy Bottle® only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect of any Synergy Bottle® products caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following:

(i) improper use or misuse of the product;

(ii) damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications; or

(iii) damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear, abuse, fire, or Acts of God.

If your Warranty Claim is approved, Synergy Bottle® will replace your Synergy Bottle® product with the same size and color of product. Please note your Warranty Claim will be replaced by the same size and color Synergy Bottle® product. If the size and color are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color and will not be of lesser MSRP value. Unfortunately, replacement products under warranty cannot be customized or engraved. If you have a Synergy Bottle® product with a custom logo or engraving, we are not able to screen print or engrave the artwork on your replacement product..

Under this Warranty, in no event shall Synergy Bottle® be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, cost, or expense, including incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHIP YOUR PRODUCT BACK TO SYNERGY BOTTLE FOR REVIEW PRIOR TO US SHIPPING YOU A WARRANTY REPLACEMENT PRODUCT.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS SUBJECT TO CONSUMER LAW

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SYNERGY BOTTLE DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN SO FAR AS SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, SYNERGY BOTTLE LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY AND, SYNERGY BOTTLE’S OPTION, THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT DESCRIBED ABOVE.
